Phase 2 is sessions 9 through 16, incorporating experience and practice of skills & concepts that were learned in the first half of the program. Check out a breakdown of the content we cover:
Phase One

We will understand the nervous system at baseline and its response to stress, positive habit formation & change. We will also uncover the cognitive influences on wellness and tackle self-care in hydration, nutrition, sleep, and physical activity.

WORK WITH RONNIEClient Testimonials
"When I first met Dr. Moresi, I was seeking help for chronic neck pain. She took the time necessary to really listen and connect with me. After collecting some detailed information, she suggested that my pain was a symptom of more complicated issues involving grief, depression, self-doubt, and anxiety. She provided me with some tools to better understand and cope with the physical and emotional aspects of my life. Her instruction in breathing techniques, mindfulness, and really listening to what my body was telling me helped me to effectively deal with what I was experiencing. I’m now better able to deal with stress and anxiety. Living in the moment is easier to do. As an introvert, I was somewhat hesitant to join others in a social setting to address my issues, but after attending a few of the classes, I realized I had many things in common with other people in the program. It helped me to see that I wasn’t alone in my struggle. Dr. Moresi is compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly cares about her client’s overall well-being, not just their physical health. I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking to effectively manage their condition and improve their quality of life."

"Many things led to my health decline including cancer, heart disease, death of a close loved one, and chronic back pain. The pain was becoming unbearable, and my freedom and joy was rapidly waning. I was grumpy, impatient, and discourteous in my home to my wife. When I first met Veronica, I was in a wheelchair. Years prior to that I was able to run 6-7 miles per day on my lunch break at work. One of the valuable things I gained from Veronica’s program was an understanding of pain. I came to understand that pain is not a variety of different kinds of pains that I feel in various areas of my body. It is all the same pain, and that pain is real, it is not imaginary. The many tools that Veronica taught me helped me to know how to appropriately respond to my experiences, and that change in response was life changing. I seriously applied myself to the materials, suggestions, and knowledge. By the third week, I was walking comfortably up to three miles again. By the fifth week I could throw my leg over the saddle on my Harley and ride to class without noticeable pain. I feel free once again, thanks to the classes taught by Veronica. I would – no I will, recommend her course to everyone that I meet with chronic pain. I am going to hold her in my prayers and continue to be thankful that I am free once again to do many things that I began to think that I was doomed never to enjoy again. I feel young and have enjoyed my life, and I am generally satisfied with me (as a person) and my accomplishments. Of course, I have walked in some pretty dark valleys, but they all contributed to the person that I have become and the mountain views that I now enjoy. Thank you, Veronica, for helping me find freedom with so much less pain."

"I had a career that I loved and lived a very active lifestyle. Then in about 1998 I began to experience some debilitating health problems. I was a hard worker and had always been able to push through most illness and I very rarely ever missed work. I continued to push past the illness and work hard, but my health continued to decline, and I was eventually diagnosed with Lupus. After several years of declining health, surgeries, and missed work, my doctor recommended that I stop working and stay home to care for my health. I became extremely depressed and felt like a failure. My life became hopeless, and I hardly ever wanted to even get out of bed. After almost 20 years of taking multiple medications for pain, high blood pressure, Lupus, and arthritis, I was ready to search for alternatives to manage my health.
I was overweight and my lifestyle was extremely inactive, so I began working with a nutritionist. She recommended Veronica’s course to me. In her classes, I learned how it was possible for me to have some control over my symptoms and anxiety. The class taught me that I could observe the sensation I was experiencing, acknowledge it, recognize my emotion associated with the sensation and accept it without judgment. Wow, I now had control over how I evaluated the sensations I was experiencing. By focusing on my breathing, practicing meditation, relaxation and movement, I now have so much more control over my life.
My health has improved a great deal, I am off many of my medications, and I am now able to be active again. I feel like I’ve been born again, I have my life back, and I know Ronnie’s class can change the life of other people just like it has mine. It is not an easy transformation, and it takes lots of practice, but I believe it was the answer I was looking for.”
