Hi, I'm Ronnie! I started my career like many PTs—treating traditional conditions with traditional methods in traditional settings. But what happens when someone doesn’t fit the mold? Time and again, I saw clients labeled “difficult” or “treatment-resistant” simply because standard approaches didn’t work for them. I knew they weren’t hopeless—healthcare had just failed to meet their needs.
